For same-day reservations, please make your reservation by phone.
Reservations can be made up to three months in advance.
We update the availability status regularly, but it may differ from the actual situation. Please contact us by phone even if the room is fully booked.
Check-in is from 3pm to 6pm, and check-out is at 10am. (If you contact us in advance, check-out is until 9pm.)
If you would like to take advantage of the various experience menus along with your stay, please apply via the inquiry form or by phone.

Please note that if you cancel your reservation, the following cancellation fee will be charged per person.
Up to 8 days prior to stay Free
4 to 7 days before your stay: 30% of the accommodation fee
2-3 days before your stay: 50% of the accommodation fee
The day before your stay: 80% of the accommodation fee
On the day of your stay/No-show: 100% of the accommodation fee
