  • Staff are available 24 hours a day, but for same-day reservations, please call us.

  • We update the availability status regularly, but it may differ from the actual situation. Please contact us by phone even if the room is fully booked.

  • Check-in is from 3pm to 6pm, and check-out is at 10am. (If you contact us in advance, check-out is until 9pm.)

  • If you would like to take advantage of the various experience menus along with your stay, please apply via the inquiry form or by phone.

  • Please note that if you cancel your reservation, the following cancellation fee will be charged per person.

  • Up to 8 days prior to stay Free

  • 4 to 7 days before your stay: 30% of the accommodation fee

  • 2-3 days before your stay: 50% of the accommodation fee

  • The day before your stay: 80% of the accommodation fee

  • On the day of your stay/No-show: 100% of the accommodation fee
